Our Mission
We build technology that
moves businesses forward.
Not just faster software. Better outcomes. Every engagement is measured against one question — did this move the business forward?
What We Do
We build custom software, AI systems, and cloud infrastructure for companies that need technology to be a competitive advantage — not a liability.
How We Do It
No hand-offs, no juniors on client work, no bait-and-switch staffing. A dedicated senior team owns your project from architecture to production — and is accountable for what ships.
Why It Matters
Bad engineering compounds silently. Every shortcut today becomes a bottleneck tomorrow. We take the long view — because our 98% client retention depends on it.
Founded by
“Most companies don't struggle with technology. They struggle with the operational overhead it creates — fragmented processes, disconnected systems, and teams spending more time managing coordination than building.”
The founding insight behind SolveJet, 2018

Karan Shah
CEO & Founder
Karan started as a software engineer and spent years working inside companies of every scale — startups moving fast, enterprises moving slow, and growth-stage businesses stuck in between. In every case, the technology was rarely the real problem. The bottleneck was always operational: systems that didn't connect, processes that required manual intervention, and coordination overhead that compounded quietly until it couldn't be ignored.
He founded SolveJet in 2018 to solve exactly that — to build an engineering firm that works the client's way, not its own. One that measures success in operational outcomes, not feature counts. That founding belief shapes every engagement we take on today.
What We Believe
We measure success by your outcomes, not our outputs. Every decision — technical or otherwise — starts with what moves your business forward.
We hold ourselves to a high standard. Clean architecture, rigorous testing, and code that the next engineer will thank you for.
No surprises, no spin. You get the full picture — timelines, risks, tradeoffs — so you can make informed decisions at every stage.
We treat your product like it's ours. That means proactively flagging problems, proposing solutions, and never waiting to be told what to do.
Fast doesn't mean sloppy. We move quickly because we have the systems, experience, and discipline to do it without cutting corners.
We build for where you're going, not just where you are. Scalable systems, maintainable code, and partnerships that compound over time.
Recognition
Recognized by the platforms that hold us accountable.
Clutch rankings are based on verified client reviews — not self-reported claims. Our Financial Times recognition reflects revenue growth validated by independent auditors. These aren't badges we applied for.

Life at SolveJet
How we work.
Six principles that shape every decision, every hire, and every line of code we ship.
Remote First
We've been remote since day one. No mandatory offices, no performative presence. We hire the best people regardless of where they live and build systems that make async the default.
Async by Design
We document decisions, write clearly, and trust people to work when they're sharpest. No status meetings, no check-ins for the sake of it. If it can be a Notion page, it's a Notion page.
Ship Fast, Learn Faster
We believe in getting real software in front of real users quickly. Small bets, fast feedback loops, and the discipline to cut scope before cutting quality.
Senior by Default
We only hire senior engineers. No juniors on client work, no bait-and-switch staffing. Every person on your project has seen this problem before and knows how to solve it.
Ownership Over Process
We don't hand off and disappear. Every engineer owns their work end to end — from architecture decisions to production incidents. Process serves the work, not the other way around.
Honest by Default
We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Internally, feedback is direct and kind. We don't do politics, we do candor.
FAQ
Common questions about SolveJet
Everything you need to know before starting a conversation with us.
For most engagements we can have a dedicated team ramped and delivering within 2–3 weeks of contract signing. Discovery and scoping typically takes 1 week, followed by team assembly and onboarding.
Both. Fixed-price works well for well-defined projects with clear scope. Time-and-materials is better for ongoing product development, staff augmentation, and engagements where requirements evolve. We recommend the model that reduces risk for your specific situation.
You get full visibility — daily standups, weekly demos of working software, and access to our project management tools. Your dedicated team lead is your single point of contact and is available during your business hours.
Three things: we only hire senior engineers (no juniors on client projects), we treat every engagement as a long-term partnership rather than a transaction, and we measure success by your business outcomes — not just delivery of features.
Yes. We sign NDAs before any discovery conversation. All IP created during an engagement is fully owned by you — no exceptions, no licensing clauses, no retained rights.
